TRUUSK cares greatly about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Our online store has been developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Our online store is developed with WooCommerce software. For our web hosting, we have chosen a VPS that we purchase from InMotion. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. InMotion has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support. They will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have concluded with them, InMotion is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
Web hosting
InMotion
We purchase a web server (VPS) from InMotion. InMotion processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. InMotion has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. InMotion is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
Email and mailing lists

TextMeBot / WhatsApp
We use the services of TextMeBot to send WhatsApp notifications. This platform makes it possible to send automatic WhatsApp messages. You will receive order updates and relevant news items via these messages. We share the necessary contact details with TextMeBot for this service. Messages are sent via the official WhatsApp API.
Payment processors
Pay.nl
We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to process (part of) the payments in our webshop.
