For every dollar you spend, you earn 1 loyalty point. When you have 100 points, you receive a $1 discount on your next purchase.
When can I redeem my loyalty points?
You can use your points with your next order. After logging into your customer account, you can redeem your points during the ordering process.
Can I transfer my points to someone else or have them paid out?
No, only you can save and use points. Loyalty points cannot be paid out in cash and can only be exchanged for products at www.truusk.com.

How many loyalty points do I need to redeem them?
You can redeem your points at any time. 100 points are equivalent to €1.
Can my loyalty points expire?

Can the loyalty points be combined with other discount promotions?
Yes, while saving points, you can also use discount codes and other offers. You always earn loyalty points for the actual amount paid.
What happens to my loyalty points in the event of a complaint or cancellation?
In the event of a complaint or cancellation, we are unfortunately unable to refund redeemed loyalty points for technical reasons.
