TRUUSK covers all shipping costs; there will be no additional shipping costs on orders. However, additional shipping costs may apply when ordering individual items such as parts outside the warranty period.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
All estimated delivery times are based on actual data collected from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference purposes only. The processing time starts from the date you place your order (our cut-off time is 10 p.m. on a business day). We normally process your order within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Once we have processed it, we can ship it. The products are shipped from Germany.

Please note:
- All outgoing goods packaging undergoes quality control before leaving the warehouse to ensure that we can meet our high quality standards. This may cause some delay in shipping time.
- Shipping times will be affected during holidays; couriers will limit their activities during these periods. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume immediately after each holiday.
- What happens if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery or cancel the order. No additional costs will be charged.
- Incorrect address details and other similar problems can lead to delays in delivery.

TRUUSK does everything in its power to ship your orders within the specified time frame. Once TRUUSK has shipped your order, you will receive a unique track & trace code at the email address provided with your order. Or click HERE to track your order.
No additional taxes
Our customers do not have to pay import duties or other similar taxes. VAT (Value Added Tax) is already included in the sales price shown on the product pages.
Courier companies
We use several courier companies such as DPD, GLS, and UPS.
address changes We cannot change the delivery address once the order is on its way. If you want to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order at klantenservice@truusk.com or call us at +31 85 060 5471. However, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed due to various logistics processes.
Cancellations If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time prior to shipment. If an order has already been shipped and received, please refer to our return policy.
Damaged package during transport
If you notice that a package has been damaged during transport, please refuse the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service at klantenservice@truusk.com. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for further steps.
